Any of these sound familiar?  A limiting belief is a thought where you express self doubt.  Something you think about yourself which doesn’t help you, which stops you from achieving what you otherwise could.  These beliefs can be positively changed through a few simple processes allowing you to move forward in a more positive way.

We will tailor your  treatment to suit your problem using a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy ™ (TLT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Hypnosis.

How will it work for me and how long will it take?

At our meeting, we will discuss your issues and help you achieve the changes you wish to make.  For this we charge a flat fee.  Most changes can be made within one to two hours.  If more time is required this will be discussed with you on an individual basis!
