A bespoke programme is often the most cost efficient and effective means of training your staff since you get exactly what you need, presented to your staff in a way they will easily understand and in a manner that will allosw them to embrace the message whole heartedly. This is then cemented by clearly defined coaching sessions, to give you and your team the very best chance of assimilating what you have learnt and taking it back into the workplace. The biggest barrier to making change on any level, is the attitude of those around you. Others will expect you to behave as you always have and will view any new behaviours with an air of scepticism. Without ongoing support most people fail to maintain new practices long enough for them to become habitual and unconscious, which is when they really become effective. Once the changes have been consistently applied, and your entourage are able to see the benefits of the changes you have made, they will then begin to make positive changes too. It's a cascade effect.
Due to the specialist nature of the training we find it works better with smaller groups of employees. 10 delegates is an ideal number but we can work with more or less. Practical work is a key part of the success and larger groups preclude this practice.
